With a background in production assistance and theatrical design, but with an understanding of amateur and volunteer organisations having spent 20 plus years working in grass roots organisations we are well placed as a small business to support community groups.

We make the latest technology available at a reasonable and affordable price.

We work with the committee from start to finish to put on the best possible show within the prescribed budget.

We are able to provide advice on the logistics, assist you with knowledge all of legal requirements for executing a community event. We can even assist with the application for a liquor licence and event catering

Our background in professional Theatre, enables us to make entertainment production accessible to community groups in a professional manner at a community price.

We can meet with the committee and the creative team to determine the requirements of the event. We can assess the proposed venue and discuss the technology requirements, as well as the format and plans for the function or festival.

The initial first meeting is free, and from that point we can work with the team to determine the tasks that can be completed by volunteers, to meet budget requirements. We can also periodically, or as required, attend meeting and/or rehearsals to assist with the progress of set.
